Very professional, listened to my concerns, spent time with me and very knowledgeable
I enjoyed working with Kim, in the Rexburg office, as well as Kalob and with Kamille at the front desk. All were so helpful and professional. No high pressure but willing to do whatever I needed, whether in servicing my old aids or getting new ones.
Dr. Savannah S. Collins Au.D. is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As she tested my hearing she explained what she was doing at each step. I am very pleased with the treatment that I received.
