RecommendedService and follow-up to patients is outstanding. Just bought a new set of aids to replace my 8 year old Phonaks and the whole process of purchase, set-up and follow-up is beyond expecations. Kaleb and Savannah have been so helpful in follow-up that I would never think of purchasing hearing aids anywhere else. I've worn hearing aids for over 40 years; none of the providers could match the knowledge and willingness to make sure my aids are working as they should. I'm a retired Army Linguist who for 20+ years flew in helicopters and/or wore headsets in order to do my job. Never realized that I had lost hearing in both ears in the higher decibel range. It was a pleasure working with Dr. Savannah Collins. Thorough testing determined the extent of my loss as well as what type of hearing aid would be best suited for me. I enjoyed the fact that I could try some of them on a trial run. They have been very helpful and the office staff was great to work with and I highly recommend better hearing and audiology

I'm probably younger than many clients of Dr. Parsons but he treated my concerns (tinnitus) seriously and professionally. He performed a comprehensive series of tests to completely evaluate my hearing and then explained the results completely, as well as my treatment options. Dr. Parsons has been wonderful to work with. He is very friendly, helpful and caring along with being the best audiologist ever! His staff, Nathan and Sadie, are very helpful and friendly also. We would highly recommend Better Hearing and Audiology to anyone.
