Dr. Savannah S. Collins Au.D. is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As she tested my hearing she explained what she was doing at each step. I am very pleased with the treatment that I received.
Service and follow-up to patients is outstanding. Just bought a new set of aids to replace my 8 year old Phonaks and the whole process of purchase, set-up and follow-up is beyond expecations. Kaleb and Savannah have been so helpful in follow-up that I would never think of purchasing hearing aids anywhere else. I'm a retired Army Linguist who for 20+ years flew in helicopters and/or wore headsets in order to do my job. Never realized that I had lost hearing in both ears in the higher decibel range. It was a pleasure working with Dr. Savannah Collins. Thorough testing determined the extent of my loss as well as what type of hearing aid would be best suited for me. I enjoyed the fact that I could try some of them on a trial run. They have been very helpful and the office staff was great to work with and I highly recommend better hearing and audiology
