RecommendedI highly recommend using better hearing and audiology in Idaho Falls if you even think you need hearing aids. Their staff is second to none, and Kaleb, and their audiologist, is very knowledgeable and very good doctor. The best thing about this company is they let you try all different brands of hearing aids until you find the one that you like the best. RecommendedMy daughter was born with hearing loss. She's been to several audiologists in her young life. Dr. Parsons was very thorough in her exam and gave her a demo hearing aid to try. What a difference! He gave her options and assisted us in getting her a hearing aid. She can hear her teachers, friends and family so much better!! Great with kids!

Recommended"You don't know what you don't know". That applied to me. I realized I couldn't hear everything that was being said in my meetings and went to Better Hearing for help. I didn't realize how much I needed them til my friend said "PUT YOUR HEARING AIDS IN!" They provided personal fittings due to my working with dogs. I wish I wasn't getting old. Since I can't do anything about that, I can be proactive in my hearing to remain part of the conversation.
