Chad at Don Beyer was very professional and friendly as he explained a few things about the courtesy car, the recall and 90k service I went in for. When he called me later that day when all Work was completed, he was detailed about all the work that was done and I definitely felt taken care. The extra bonus is they figured out the rattle in my car that another dealership was unable to resolve for several years.
