When my car was in for scheduled maintenance I was informed new front brakes were needed. Unfortunately the service representative wasn't aware that the front brakes needed to be ordered and my car couldn't be completed same day. He permitted me to use the loaner vehicle to return home, its close to a 2 hour drive, and didn't charge for the fuel necessary to make the trip. He ensured my car was ready in a timely fashion the following day.
Dealer installed newly delivered 21 wheels and summer tires. Washed and vacuumed car. Properly balanced wheels and set tire pressure properly.

This is the third Volvo I've had serviced by Don Beyer. The previous model, a 2010 S80 T6 AWD had a faulty turn signal switch which wouldn't allow intermittent lane change signalling (where you touch the lever and it clicks and blinks three times after you touch it). I reported the failure twice but the repairs were ineffective. My current car, a 2013 S60 T6 AWD was performing similarly. I reported the problem at the last service call. The switch was replaced with one that works properly.
Performed brake service and maintenance inspection.
