My vehicle service issues where handled promptly and efficiently. Other service questions where looked into and answered as well.
They tried to get me to change my battery. I took the car to another shop and had the battery checked. It was fine. When I called the service manager to complain, he was dismissive and rude.

This was my 2nd time taking my car for the same issue and I was told that I need to record the issue to prove that it exists. This it hasn't been repaired. Also, both times I was told that they have done a car wash, while my car wasn't washed at all. ( Sandy is polite and attentive, but the repair crew aren't professional at all)

The repair that I asked wasn't don't and my car was dirtier than the time of drop off yet I was told that it was washed!

This is the second time I've had issues with Beyer Subaru post-service. Their computers were down during my July 2024 service and they said they would email me a receipt (it should reflect an oil change and tire rotation). No email arrived. I have since called, emailed, and chatted with their bot, and none have resulted in me receiving a receipt in 2 months of trying. All I want is a receipt for my records.
I brought my car in due to the change oil light came on asking me to place the vehicle in park to resume. It stated that the vehicle had over 18k miles in which was lie. They told me that they did not have no loaner cars but once they found out I purchased the vehicle from that dealership they changed there mind and told me they had a loaner for me. They stole some of my change off the side of my door but I should've known better to not leave my money on the door but i had just got off work.

Experience was bad I went to buy purchase front break pads for my 2016 subaru forester when I was at the cashier paying for it I asked for %10 off parts that I have received via Email to use any time and the cashier told me that the parts department employee was supposed to applied it (when the parts department gave me the parts to go pay for them he immediately roll down and close) The cashier told me she couldn't do nothing about it, I told her that it was false advertisement for not honoring a coupon
