Nothing happened beyond the initial contact. I did not purchase a vehicle from them.
Have scheduled service 3 different times at this dealership, to then be told once I got there that they don't have the part. I even called before scheduling the appointment to confirm the part was there, and was told yes. Absolutely terrible communication. Will never return.
service was fine. but i received two surveys like this one. In both instances I said service was fine but that Id like to talk with someone. The charge for a routine maintenance seemed high and I just wanted more information. No one got back to me. makes me wonder how seriously they take reviews like this.
The replaced control arm bushings and a control arm and left the control arm loose so I had to come back
Sucks they did nthing to fix it.,

I called Beyer Subaru 3 days in advance to arrange for my 60K mile service on our 2018 Outback. They OKed dropping the car on the night before so the service could take place at 7AM and we could have the car back by Noon of that day. I would give this shop a ZERO if I could. They over charged for tires. When I bought my Forrester from this dealership I was told they treated people who lived in this area like neighbors and cared about our business. The service department proved that was a LIE I explained to Sandie the service writer I was on a budget because Christmas was right around the corner. I took my car into Beyer Subaru in March to replace the motor in the rear window windshield wiper. They told me I had an engine leak and that they would have to pull the engine out of the car to fix it for $5,000.00. I told the Beyer service man no thank you. I took my car to another mechanic. He said I had oil on my engine that had to be degreased to get it off. There was no leak like Beyer Subaru dealership said. The mechanic degreased my engine and it is/was fine.
