I worked with Khalid and Mike (manager of dealership) in putting a 1K deposit down for a 2022 Volvo XC90 T8. I was told that I would have first choice at buying the car, and as you can guess, they sold it to someone else. I cannot stress enough the unprofessional manner in which this "team" conducts itself, while not having any means to hold themselves accountable. I would 100% not recommend working with this dealership.

On 3/23/22 my husband put a $2,000 deposit down with Beyer Volvo Cars Falls Church on a 2021 Ford Mustang GT VIN#1FA6P8CFXM5112940. Due to our work schedules, we were not able to come down to pick up the car until 3/30/22, but our salesperson George M. said with the $2,000 deposit the car would be held until we got there. Worst experience ever. Will definitely not recommend anyone. Sales person and managers ignore phone calls. Had to drop $2500 on a new fuel tank, and other maintenance issues on a car I purchased. Currently waiting on tags, it’s been over 30 days and they have an arrived. So basically I have a car that I cannot drive.

Be Careful, they will run your repair costs up Today we took our car into Don Beyer Volvo for a maintenance check. We believed that we were doing an oil change for $99. The service manager - who is not your friend, they are trained sales people. Their job is take money from you and hand it to the dealership. The first thing that they did was tell us we needed new wipers for the windshield. We passed on that option. By the way, the car is 4 years old and has less than 15,000 miles on it. Sleazy tactics, held up title/tags more $ after sale Paid cash on Dec 13, received email on Dec 28 demanding $895 more for them to process title and tags. They said "computer price" was $895 more than I paid. Turns out they were trying to collect more for a volvo certified vehicle that they advertised and that was clearly in the Carfax report provided. Staff destroyed handbrake Handed in my Volvo C70 for repair of shock absorbers. When picking ip the car, the staff obviously had destroyed the handbrake by pulling it too far and hard up and making it loose. Their solution was that I should pay 700 USD for the repair. Why should I pay for their mistreatment of the car? My advice to all: go somewhere else, where thy hire ok staff.

Getting something else My husband and I are looking for a new car, probably a lease, to replace our current vehicle and have visited just about all of the class competitors. We did like the Volvo XC60 - similar to the other cars in its class, it was a nice, comfortable ride. The problem we had with Don Beyer Volvo is that there is a difference between a hard sell and no sell. Look out for these guys They scammed me out of a car from them on eBay. They did not handle the situation properly and were unbelievable rude dealing with it. I believe the persons name I dealt with was Peter.

Women of Northern VA:Stay away from DB Volvo in Falls Church I normally do not go to the Falls Church location for FSM but because of my schedule I did so in order to save time. I have not complaints about the technician who serviced my 2017 S90, in fact he did a magnificent job. However, it was the General Manger, Peter Faris who ruined my opinion for this location.
