Over the last 25 years I have bought 5 new cars, all in the Northern Virgina area. Shopping for a new Honda was painful. Dealers act like they are doing you a favor. Mazda experience was okay, Subaru was very good, but Don Beyer Volvo/Kia was by far the best, and the only one I would rate excellent. This is the only place I'd buy a car and that's due to the follow up by my salesman and the attention we get from the Service Department. We've purchased four Volvos from Don Beyer (from the only salesman I'd buy a car from, Yousef Alhooie) and when the cars need regular service and/or have a problem, both these men come to our rescue without fail and give us peace of mind. We have always had very good service at this dealership. They are friendly, helpful and attentive to the issues. They always call and explain all costs. The car is always serviced in a timely manner. We have 4 volvos that have all been serviced at this dealership for many years.

I absolutely love this dealer!! I have the best service advisor in Tracy Smith. He always makes me feel welcome. And he actually advises me...I feel like he is looking out for me and my car's best interests. He is the best advisor that I have had in my 15+ yr experience with Don Beyer. I am always treated friendly and in a professional manner by the entire staff. The service is reasonably price. I cannot think of why I would go anywhere else for service on my car... let alone where else I would go to buy a new Volvo.
These guys are top rate for Volvo sales and service. They get the job done right, treat you well, and don't oversell on things you don't need. I am so pleased with them, I have been referring family and friends to them for years. I have friends who have traveled hundreds of miles just to buy a car from these guys. They are the gold standard.
I have bought two cars at this dealership and have been coming here for ten years to have my Volvos serviced. They have consistently been friendly, honest, and gone above and beyond in any way they can to make sure my needs are met. I never feel as though they're taking me for a ride, as so many dealerships are prone to do, and I know any work I have done is fully guaranteed. Service staff is very friendly but you need to insist that you get your loaner car and that should be comprable to what you turn in ...a Volvo! If they cannot give you a loaner when you are having problems with your car and having it towed, insist on them finding you one. After all, you bought a premium car, not a Hyundai.
