Everything was going well until near the end of the agreement. I did not get the usual letter after six or seven weeks had passed to let me know how much longer the agreement had to run and also what my balance was, but for the previous years everything went smoothly. A short note or email, letting me know the agreement was coming to an end, would have been very helpful and also thoughtful.
