Amazing service , understanding & compassionate team members. My life was in a complete mess financially & mentally. DCS couldn't have been a better company to choose for assistance & help. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in a similar situation.
Easy to deal with over the phone, all queries are explained in simplified terms. Flexibility when you can't make a scheduled payment, no good times when calling. Application process was explained very well and never felt left in the dark, or like there was no hope. Phone staff seemed interested and cared when I had questions.
Very helpful and understanding. I was made redundant near the end and a guy called Russell was brilliant in helping me deal with it and manage to pay off reminder. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
