I thought the service was great, never had any issues regarding payments or customer service, everything went smooth and I never had any need to have to call them in regards to my part 9 agreement
DCS were able to accommodate my request to reduce the payment structure due to other circumstances which was much appreciated
If I needed more time to get a payment ready you guys always bent over backwards to help. I am now debt free because of DCS helping me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart as a weight has been lifted.

Assisting me to pay my debt accordingly but they did not explain well that my credit file will be affected, noticed it when my case was lodge already.
