They were very helpful throughout my debt agreement, friendly and understanding - I appreciate their effort in helping me to become debt free.

It's an embarrassing thing to approach anyone when you're drowning in debt, but they totally treated us with courtesy and respect, being quite sympathetic and setting out realistic goals to help you squash your debt.
