DCS is only a phone call away when you have concerns regarding payments, commitments that were not foreseen. They handled all my queries over 5 years, and were pretty flexible when I wanted to change my payment pattern, medical bills etc. Contacting DCS was the best thing I ever did. The initial journey wasn't the best but you won't regret it in the end when you get your letter saying your debts are paid off.
DCS made this traumatic experience as easy as they could for me and my husband. They always had great communication and never once made me feel inadequate about my financial mistakes.
