I wasn't in a really bad position but I knew it was only going to get worse. When I eventually decided I needed to get it together, DCS was one of a few places I called and they had the most information and the best positive vibe. I was a little painful throughout the start of my application but they did everything to help me and they have given me the power to start again. I recommend anyone who needs a break to give these guys a call
From the moment I firdt called I knew I was in safe hands. As I'm sure everyone understands by the time I decided to take this step I was bogged down by sever stress and strugglknd day to day. These guys saved my life! They were very clear in their communications from the start and anytime I had a question, they replied or responded promptly. Also, any staff member I spoke to knew about my file without me having to explain anything. This showed consistency. They always adapted to my needs with payments - I was never told - no that isn't possible - they just always helped solve any issue or pay date timeline that had to move, even when I moved countries and bought a house!
