Dinah Davis did an outstanding job listing and selling our Highlands home exceeding all our expectations!!! Dinah was instrumental in helping us determine the appropriate listing price and thankfully she stuck to her guns on the price. Wonderful stress-free and painless site-unseen-house purchase experience thanks to Angie Longgood! Buying a house without actually inspecting It yourself can be a tad stressful but because Angie was so quick to investigate and answer all our questions we were very quickly put a ease and feel we made a great investment. We have purchased two homes recently, one in Highlands and the other in Cashiers. In both cases we worked with Brooks Kittrell, our Berkshire Hathaway agent and it was great! First, Brooks was very patient and with us, we looked at many properties before making our final decisions. Once made he handled everything related to the transactions which was painless for us. I would highly recommend working with Brooks and his team at Berkshire Hathaway if you are considering buying or selling a home.
Dinah was great to work with, as someone experienced in real estate, or not, she is a wealth of knowledge on the process and on the local market. She went above and beyond in supporting me through my purchase, ultimately finding me an area that wasn't even on my radar, but met all of my wishlist items, and then locating a piece of property that wasn't even on the market through her connections! i would highly recommend Dinah to anyone shopping for property on the Highlands Plateau!
