My wife and I were looking for a second home in Highlands. Despite our very strict set of "must-haves," Betty was very patient to work with us. We even made an offer and then got cold feet the next morning, but she did not give up. We can certainly recommend her.
I met Louise as the listing agent on the home I purchased. I was so comfortable with her that I made an offer on the spot and elected to use her as a dual agent. She was wonderful in assisting me although she was the listing agent. She provided the same quality service I would have gotten even if i had a buyers agent. She was always available and always had a quick response. I look forward to working with her again when the time comes.
