Betty was a tremendous help right from the start. She not only aggressively marketed my house but watched over it, letting me know when something bricks and mortar needed addressing while it was on the market. I was kept informed all along the way as her communication was excellent. Her experience negotiating real estate deals really came in handy as a suggestion she made got me almost 10% more for my place than I was realistically expecting. It covered all my selling expenses! Traci Erwin went above and beyond. We gave her quite a wish list for our home, and she was able to find several that checked all the boxes! Once we found our house she was amazing at assisting us in lining up inspections, tradesman etc for quotes! Simply put start to finish we feel blessed Traci was our relator!
My husband and I bought a house from Betty; and several years later she sold a house for us. We have worked with many realtors; but I would rate Betty the best of them all. She listens and gives wise advise. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend her.
Angie was great! She was very responsive when we first inquired about a property. She answered all our questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out. We are from out of state so even after the sale she has been very helpful and responsive to additional questions about post closing issues, such as cable, electricity, etc. I feel like we have a friend that we can trust to refer us to other good people who can help as well, when needed.
I really enjoyed my experience working with Betty to find my mountain retreat. I cold called Betty after finding her contact info and I'm sure glad I did. She knows just about everything there is to know about the area.
