Betty went the extra mile : kept me posted on open houses and interest in the property, ensured the property was kept in good order for showing , was our hands on the ground for handling last minute details requested by the buyer before closing, and helped us negotiate a fair final offer which was a win-win for us and the buyer. She is also very pleasant to work with !

Betty Holt is an excellent realtor. Our experience working with her was very pleasant. As we went through the process of selling our home we ran into some challenges, but Betty worked diligently through the challenges. Throughout the process, Betty was always patient and available to answer any questions. Betty is a lifelong resident of Highlands with many years of experience working in the Highlands real estate market. Her knowledge and experience provided a sense of comfort to us as we sold our family land and home.

Betty was professional at all times. She went out of her way to help us. She kept in touch with us during the process, so that we knew what was happening. Betty was well informed about the process and what we needed to do. She was an excellent guide. I can think of nothing lacking in her service.

Mitzi began our house hunting process be gaining a thorough understanding of our style, interests, and desires. She then selected properties that were a great match for our search and patiently toured us through homes in Cashiers, Sapphire, and Highlands until we found the perfect home. Mitzi was WONDERFUL!!! Always answering our questions, never hesitating to drive us back to a property multiple times, finding out answers to any of our questions if she did not know, very knowledgeable about Cashiers and surrounding areas. We really enjoyed working with Betty on our new home purchase. The purchasing process became more complicated than we thought it would be (due to seller issues) and Betty was extremely patient and helpful in working with us to interact with the sellers to resolve issues and allow us to complete the purchase. Beverly was extremely responsive to our needs in finding a home in Highlands NC. All communication was precise and on time. We were not in NC for the closing and she made us feel very comfortable that all the details were being handled. She was also very helpful with introducing us to the area.
