THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN, CURTIS, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ALSO VERY PROUD TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND OF THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING THE COMPANY PROVIDES.
THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THINK THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE. THEY DID THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
OTHER COMPANIES ALWAYS TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE FAUCET, BUT BIEG PLUMBING WAS ABLE FIX THE PROBLEM ON THE EXISTING FAUCET, WHICH MADE US VERY HAPPY. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB!
THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAD THE BEST PRICE.
BIEG CAME AND WORKED WITH US AND WITH THE COUNTY (TO HAVE THE PROGRAM PAY FOR THE WORK). THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO AND DID ALL THEY COULD TO HELP US. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
Showed up late, was here 10 min and left in a hurry. Stated we would have an estimate the next day and never got it. Called twice over the course of a week to try and get our estimate and we never did. Poor service. Will never request service from them again.

Slowly. 2 hours later the plumber had taken a worn washer from under sink and replaced said part. $230 later, we were told that they would have to come back because they didn't have our spray nozzle in stock. Simple trip to Home Depot right up the road was too much I guess. Basically the company can charge 1.5 percent extra for their stocked item. Cant do that if they buy it from store. I feel like i took my car to R.P.M. also right up the road so i could be taken advantage of like those mechanics do all the time.
Unsatisfactory. The Bieg plumber arrived without the part. Charged $133/hr and $50.00 for travel. Took 2 and 1/2 hours to validate defective gas valve on the tank that I had previously reported to Bieg was the problem in the initial telephone conversation. Further, the Bieg plumber wanted to make another trip, install a new valve, alter the vent system and add other components all at additional expense and not required by my county construction codes. Although the technician was very friendly and seems like a really good guy, I was completely misguided on the cost of this job. I received a quote previously from another company for $750 for sewer cleanout, and thought that was high. So, I contacted Bieg, they sent out their technician who scoped the situation and gave me a quote between $500 and $600. I said ok, I'll move ahead with your company.
