I went during covid for the 84 cent Big Boy Burger. Buy a pop and the burger was 84 cents. I called in my order where I was told 15 minutes. I was shocked. I got there and the inside was packed like sardines. I waited an hour. The staff was not prepared and lost control. Some staff was yelling at each other and short tempered with some customers. THIS PLACE IS RACIST. My Husband and I visited the restaurant on Brookpark Rd in Cleveland, OH. It was obvious we we not welcome by the greeting we did not received. We were just sat at a table with no response, water or waiter. I watched the waitress tend to tables around us, and then begin to roll silverware. I alerted one waitress we were ready to order. This restaurant had the greasest food it was so greased i could squeeze the grease out and I did. The grease made me and my husband sick we didn't even finish our food burger to much grease onion rings not only burned burn to greasy cod greasy just sad

Ugh how can you mess up a "Big Boy"? Seriously tasteless burger had to add salt to make it somewhat palatable, fries way over cooked. Our server Amanda was as very sweet & pleasant I don't blame her 1 bit for the way the food came out & that's the only reason I give it 2 stars...

The food is usually pretty good but today it sucked, the big boys were flat like somebody sat on them, the fries were under cooked and soggy and when I walked in to pick up a carry out nobody acknowledged I was there.

I'll just leave my message to corporate here: "Hello, I visited this location on 6/3/2019 around 9pm and received a terrible service experience. There was a total of 6-7 tables there and two waitresses. My husband and I were seated with our 1.5 year old and 5 month infant in her carseat. We were not offered a high chair or booster as the host that seated us immediately walked away so we had to retrieve it ourselves. It was not busy at all when we ate here, yet the service was slow. We saw our food sitting in the window for at least five minutes before it was brought to us. I had the bacon mac and cheese it was cold, the bacon was undercooked and the sauce was watery. The staff all seemed miserable. I wouldn't go back

The food was great and the waitress was terriffic, but the service was slow. We didn't see much of the waitress, but she may have been embarrassed that the kitchen took so long to make the food so she brought our coleslaws early instead of with the meal. When we went to the register to pay, we had to wait a few minutes and asked to be checked out even though we were seen. If they were this slow when it was not busy, what would it have been like if it were ?

The service was lacking. You're suppose to be at least asked if you want Cole slaw with a combo, we didn't get that, the servers have to make there own shakes for their tables, which slows them down. The food after a little while decides to attack back like you weren't meant to eat it. Overall a very poor experience. Besides it's been a while since we set foot in a Big Boys establishment. We won't mostly be back.
