On occasion, I have a craving for a breakfast buffet. I mean, I absolutely love buffets! I think they're God's gift to man. Seriously. All that variety? My family was looking for a place to get their breakfast on after church on Father's Day so I suggested Big Boy. Now, the place could use some updating. went here on a saturday night, with two friends.. there were a customers not many. Server was friendly and quick. They have updated their menu again.. food came quickly and hot. thumbs up.. can never go wrong with the big boy combo.. yummy

I went to the Big Boy on Brookpark Rd. in Cleveland, Ohio on February 14, 2026. The next day, I was throwing up and had terrible diarrhea. I had to go to the hospital, and was admitted for 2 days, because I was so dehydrated from the food poisoning. It was the worst food poisoning I ever had. The restaurant was dirty and trashy. I will never go to this restaurant again. Also, it took an hour for my food to be ready. It took around an hour for the food to be ready, as well.

Big boy burger still good. Southern chicken was low end of mediocre. My shoe stuck to carpet where waitress comes out. Not to much business I wonder why.

They had a special going on and was totally unprepared. The line to be seated was down the hallway to the bathrooms. They said they only had 3 people working in the restaurant. I waited maybe 5 minutes line didn't move I left as others did.

Very sorry that this review does not match the one I did 2 1/2 years ago but neither did the look or the service or the cooking of the food match from last time This restaurant has been going downhill fasssstt over the last four years and today. It reminded me why I drive all the way back to the Eastside where I lived for 50 years to go to the one on Granger where it's bright and light, everyone's friendly, and the cooks know how to cook. The food is pretty good at this location but the service for carryout is very bad. The cashier asked who was next, which was me, I told her I was there to pick up my order. She checked out five people who were behind me before going fo get my order.

It has been years since I been to a big boy. Vicky the waitress was very rude and seemed very angry to wait on us. The manager was very helpful and very understanding. He was new on the job but knew what he was doing. I will return when I come back to town, but not have that waitress wait on us again.

Went with my wife for a nice brunch , the restaurant was busy, was escorted to our table, drink order taken and it arrived 2 minutes later , waitress took our order at 11:06 , and that's the last of our order. Other people , who arrived after us , got their food . We sat for 45 minutes watching others getting their food and a certain waitress seemed to be getting her food quicker than the other waitress...hmmm. But we weren't the only people frustrated. Other guests got the same idea we had...they got up and left.
