The parking lot has very large deep holes, been forever. Prices have gone up also. Decent prices bring in more patrons.

The Big Boy from my home town closed and my friends and I decided to eat at this location while we were in the area.........for old time's sake. I wish we hadn't. I was all excited to get a Slim Jim, something I always got when I ate out with my grandma. I was surprised to find out that they now have 3 different kinds of Slims. I got the Italian with fries. Improve... everything. This is the saddest place I've ever eaten in my life. This franchise used to be amazing and now it hosts overworked grouchy and rude waitresses (which there should be more of per shift!) cracked seats that are awful to sit on, barely cooked food and cooks abruptly screaming out orders from the kitchen (which is bad for the geriatric clientele and their hearts) This is consistent with this location and we have finally come to the conclusion it ain't gettin' any better. Should now be called "Big Mistake"

First of all I grew up on going out on the weekend with family and enjoying Big Boy! I am disgusted by 2 locations in Michigan that we tried Traverse City and Pontiac 1. Both locations are filthy! 2. The smell of the old rancid grease is nauseating 3. The fries are soaked in the old stinky grease 4. The big boy burger was awful PLEASE take a week to clean and change out your grease A very disappointed customer!

just had dinner there and it was terrible, the food, the service, the benches were ripped and very uncomfortable. the toilet seat in the womans bathroom was broken and the mirror in the mens room was broken. It used to be a decent restaurant but not any more. we will never go back.

I can not even rate this place. We walked in hostess sat us down and not one person came to our table. 10mins later 2 old ladies walked in and immediately were served. The waitress looked right at us and kept walking. Another waitress then comes back and checked on a table they forgot about as well and apologized to them for not bringing the coffee pot. They were not impressed. We sat yet another 10mins and still no one. We walked out. What a joke

Absolutely a joke of a restaurant. The food is absolutely horrible. Seriously. If you're a local and eating here, you only have yourself to blame. If you're from out of town, Bob Evans is about a mile north. Do not waste your money on this Big Boy.

Disgusting. The Buffet was cold. The service was terrible even though there was plenty of staff. No thank you. Never going back. Also, the buffet was filthy with food all over the floor and the buffet itself. For the price, it should be a heck of a lot better than that.
