I can not even rate this place. We walked in hostess sat us down and not one person came to our table. 10mins later 2 old ladies walked in and immediately were served. The waitress looked right at us and kept walking. Another waitress then comes back and checked on a table they forgot about as well and apologized to them for not bringing the coffee pot. They were not impressed. We sat yet another 10mins and still no one. We walked out. What a joke
Absolutely a joke of a restaurant. The food is absolutely horrible. Seriously. If you're a local and eating here, you only have yourself to blame. If you're from out of town, Bob Evans is about a mile north. Do not waste your money on this Big Boy.
Disgusting. The Buffet was cold. The service was terrible even though there was plenty of staff. No thank you. Never going back. Also, the buffet was filthy with food all over the floor and the buffet itself. For the price, it should be a heck of a lot better than that.
We stopped in for our monthly dinner out. Only a few cars in parking lot. We were seated right away our dinner order taken and served right away our order was taken. We didn't wait long for our meal but then everything went down hill. My husbands Big Boy burger was way over Salted or seasoned not sure just what it was. I ordered the Slim Jim and the tomato was hard and yellow in center had to remove it from my sandwich I also ordered a side of Cole slaw and it was the worse slaw I ever had I took two small bites. I've worked in the restaurant industry before so I try to cut some slack but do NOT. Tell your customers they need to hurry and check out so you can go home. Especially when they just get their food two minutes prior. We were hoping to try the new shakes for dessert and never saw our waitress again.
Went for dinner last night to have the seafood buffet. It was very good a lot of options. The only problem was it stated they had lake perch and it was walleye. Even after we stated to the waitress the problem she went and checked with manager, and came back and told us that on the box it stated perch. My husband is an avid fisherman and knows what perch looks like. We had drove 40 miles because we were told it was perch.
worst service I have ever received. 40 minute wait for cold inedible food. Wasn't offered refills until I asked to speak to a manager. We will not be returning anytime soon. I would recommend going anywhere else.
worst food ever, even the help didnt care. been going downhill for a few years, finally hit bottom...will stop my friends from eating there
I hate to be "one of those people", but yeah, the service here is pretty much terrible. It seems most of the waitresses in there are on something during their shift and can't properly focus. My boyfriend and I started to come here last summer of 2018, and the service was decent up until the past 2-3 visits, each time we go in it gets worse.
