very rude took all the other orders that sat down after me didn't take my order all ms cigarette throat was very rude when I asked when will tm roder be takrn so I won't be eating for them to spit in my food service is trash

Food was at best adequate. Server was less than polite. Service was so so. I won't be back. Buffet was pretty much empty.

Rude rude rude. Placed an order for pick up. Waitress wants to have a tone with me at pick up before I've even said a word. and make me wait unnecessarily. The waiting was no problem. Throw a tone at me and you'll get it back. Lady says I can wait longer now. Ok lol. I left as I was obviously in their way. Only reason I came here is because Shelby Donuts is closed on Mondays. I can wait until tomorrow lady. Hope you enjoy my meal!

This was our first trip to this Big Boy and will most likely be our last. We went for the Friday fish fry and were underwhelmed. Although the waitress was top notch, the décor and food were sub-par. The Big Boy had the standard, and dated, design and the carpet had so much ground in dirt that the only option would be to rip it out and replace it. I had not been a Big Boy restaurant for many years. I was having work done on my vehicle and thought I would get myself a hamburger since there was a restaurant across the street. That is not the Big Boy hamburger that I used to love. I really felt like I wasted my money on the food. I do not believe I will be returning anytime soon. The service was good, but the food was not.

I ordered pick up on Big Boy's website. I prepaid and tipped 3.00. It said my order would be ready by 10:35am. I got there at 10:30. An older waitress asked if I had a pick up. She looked in the computer and said it would be ready shortly. Another waitress asked as well. I noticed while I was waiting my pick up time changed to 10:47. Hmmm. Then a manager finally came over and asked if I ordered through Big Boy or Slice. I told her I did the pick up order on the Big Boy website. She told me they didn't have my order. The menu is the same. The restaurant is filthy. I've been coming here for years and it's been progressively getting worse. The bathrooms are terrible. The floors in the lobby have plastic and dust bunnies . My feet are sticking to the floor. The windows are greasy looking and the outside doesn't look like it's been swept all summer. Worst part. I would give this place negative stars as a rating. There were at least 6 flies killed by me during my visit today. That is totally disgusting and nasty for a restaurant! Why doesn't management do something to clean this place up?
