I had Big Bully do a small back yard putting green for me in our new (to us) home in Tucson. Everyone I encountered on my job was a total pro, particularly my project manager Alberto who was super responsive. I had a minor issue with the green at our final walk and he had guys there to fix it later that day and a follow up crew to do the minor clean up after that weekend. From start to finish, Big Bully Turf was so professional and delivered what they promised. My salesperson, Whitney was lovely and low pressure, and very knowledgeable on her product. Communication as to installation was clear and accommodating. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly and finished in record time. Just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Big Bully Turf. My backyard transformation was nothing short of remarkable. Starting with our first design consultation with Mike Zelke to the day the crew finished, the communication and attention to detail is what I was most impressed by. Ordered from them 5 weeks ago. Sales process seemed smooth. But that’s where it stopped. Install day happened and we sat there arguing over pulling a small bush here or there and what the sales team communicated. Seems like Big Bully doesnt even talk to their contractors other than “heres a rough sketch get to it while we pay you 1/2 and take the other”. *****update***** from my original review, BBT commented they would be in contact with me on Oct 24. It is Nov 8, and I have yet to have any contact! No surprise there, honestly! At first the sales experience seemed great. Mike was personable and promised the best experience and the best product. He ended up not communicating with the crew doing the job that there were changes. He fixed that quickly, but then the more problems that arises, the harder it was to get him to communicate with me.
