We had pet turf installed in February. I have mixed reviews. Installation was pretty good, however there was a lack in communication. There was also a lack of communication after having it installed. Since having it installed, we have 2 issues. 1st of all, we have a lot of grass growing up between the turf. And 2nd, since it has gotten hot, the turf is really hot. And I know they put down the cooling stuff. But in the afternoon, when the sun is on the yard, our dog doesn't want to go potty because it burns her feet. We didn'... read more

The weather wasn't cooperating but the team worked around it and came out to do an amazing job. It's an instant clean beautiful backyard for my puppies to enjoy

I had grass put in from this company, the guys that put it in were very kind and cleaned up all the mess. It looks great , So far I'm happy with it. The price was good. I've only had it for two weeks .

Jackson did an excellent job presenting Big Bully products. He was patient while my wife and I studied other competitors and in the end simply had the better product in our opinion.
