Paid a 10% down-payment. Can't get a return call from this company. Rico is rude and treats you like dirt asking for the next 40% payment before they start. They want the final 50% when they start. I can't get a call back after they ran off with my 800.00 down payment. They want all there money then have you do all the phone calls that they don't return. Liars and thieves in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I would not trust these people at all. They reused material from my old turf installation. Then they lied about it. They also did not perform any project management per the contract. When presented to the VP of Sales, he directly called me a liar and said I didn't deserve any project management.
