I have been quoting out Turf for my house over the past month and Big Bully, more specifically, kyle, was an amazing help. He went over a bunch of different scenarios and as well even did an unbiased analysis on his turf which I appreciated the honesty. Installation was super easy and as well everything was detailed out as indicated per our previous conversations. Would highly recommend them and as well if I ever have any other projects they will be my only call needed.

Big Bully saved my yard! We have a rental home in Dallas and it was so hard to keep the chiggers away and the grass green. I decided to check out artificial turf and received several quotes. Big Bully wasn't the cheapest but they provided the most long lasting and professional product. You get what you pay for! Kyle was our designer and he made the whole process super comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone who is over lawn maintenance and everything that goes with it.

I love this company! We wanted some turf for our backyard and some design help and they sent out Jeff. He was so helpful during our first meeting. Super detailed about the product and the company I could tell he really cared about what he did. (Had another guy out the day before from another company to give an estimate and he barely spoke to us and left quickly after doing some measurements and saying someone would email us. I am so happy I went with big bully turf. I had great service and attention to detail from beginning to end. Our sales person Jefferson was so nice and not "salesy" at all the way most of these guys tend to be. We were scheduled quicker than I thought and then the install was so quick and clean. I barely even noticed the crew was there and left. They did a final walkthrough with me and my husband and everything looked great! Happy I went with this company. I was hoping for the best after seeing their commercials.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with this company!! The woman owned thing is what first caught my eye and we really loved the bulldog on the commercials. Everyone from the installer crew to the sales rep Jefferson to the scheduling team was extremely polite and made the process very easy. Recommended to my dad as well and his yard also looks great!

After shopping around I received 4 quotes on replacing my entire front and Backyard. The Brilliance Turf was literally three times the quality of everything I seen on the market. Obviously a woman's touch in designing the turf was the difference. Every company was between 12-13 dollars a foot however the process, material, and installation was next level at Big Bully Turf. The sales process was easy and no pressure. The only thing was Big Bully was 4 weeks out on installs but they don't subcontract so was willing to wait. ... read more

Do not use this company. Although I do appreciate that they responded here on Yelp, it was incorrect and false information. I previously had turf in the area where I contracted this company to install new turf on it. This area was sinking and they said they would dig up the area and put new material there to make it flat again. Once they were on site, the foreman (Sean) said that there is good material already there and they would save a whole day of labor to not have to do this portion of the project. Would NOT recommend! These people have you sign a contract and do not hold up their end of the bargain, incomplete work. P!ss poor business practices. Go elsewhere if you want turf done and completed without being lied to and manipulated.
