From beginning to end very professional. I received options for different sections of my yard so I could do it a different time as the funds arrive. The project turned out great. Im so glad we chose Big Bully Turf after interviewing an exhausting amount of Turf Companies. Big Bully came out twice at our request to help us get a design and price to fit our budget. I had my turf on one side of my front yard installed July 6 by Diego and his crew They turned off sprinklers and put a drip linen to my tree in front Britney came and introduced herself as if there were any issues ti call her All of a sudden the sprinklers began working and she sent Diego' and he fixed it all in-an hour or so Also the credit department was great help me setting up the contract
