I was able to text or call him anytime regarding the project. After completion, the team even stopped by for a quality inspection and provided details on care. We love our grass! Big Bully Turf did and exceptional job from concept to completion. Jason came multiple times to ensure the plan was accurate and to our liking. after working with several different contractors throughout the years, Big Bully Turf is #1 with communication, quality of work, super fast installation, and amazing workers!! I wish all contractors had communication like big bully. We were going to go with a less cheaper company. I'm so happy we paid a little bit more because it's the quality of material that was !! Darin the salesman was gregarious and a pleasure to work with. Sold me on quality. The crew was obviously experienced and appeared to be very careful. Quite the process! The end product appears beautiful. My dog loves to do zoomies on it! Unfortunately, he like to eat it also!
