We are absolutely thrilled with our Big Bully Turf! It was installed just today and we are already so thrilled! The quality, workmanship, installation and communication was so smooth. I had my turf on one side of my front yard installed July 6 by Diego and his crew They turned off sprinklers and put a drip linen to my tree in front Britney came and introduced herself as if there were any issues ti call her All of a sudden the sprinklers began working and she sent Diego' and he fixed it all in-an hour or so Also the credit department was great help me setting up the contract

We absolutely love our new backyard turf! Brian Blaylock with Big Bully Turf was professional, responsive, and somehow got us scheduled right before a birthday party. Marco and Alex installed everything beautifully and had it done by dinnertime, and Brittney followed up with a helpful walk-through. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. I did check out several quotes before calling your company and from the beginning I could tell it was different. "Brian" our representative was on time and very professional during our initial consultation. we actually collaborated on the design and came up with even better ideas then I initially thought of. the finance process was streamline and easy (all via cell) and once approved they started within 2 weeks. their crew arrived as scheduled and from that point it was like a busy bee hive each day completing each phase q... read more
