Ordered food and it came fairly quick. Food was really good, especially those honey citrus wings. But then it was a long long waiting game to get drink refills. We were here on a weekday before any rush. Minor hiccup, But will be back!

Just opened-but we have been wise-and both times food was great-wings, burgers, salad-all great! Hope it continues

The wings were lacking, a bit too salty but the fried pickles, along with the chicken and waffles meal were everything! I could go back just for those items.

I was traumatized by seeing a small roach crawling on the bar. I told the manager ... she smiled and apologized. I used to go often but I can't unsee the roach and I disliked the response.

My friend wanted to try Big City Wings -Humble because it's in his Fall Creek neighborhood. He ordered the 10-piece boneless wings basket ($18.00) with melted cheese on the fries ($1.00) and I ordered the Chicken Avocado Egg Rolls ($15.00). Well, he loved his food. But, I didn't. They fried avocado with mushed chicken in an egg roll wrapper. It looked like a green slimy mess and tasted like slimy mess in my mouth. We walked in and were seated almost right away but then they left us sitting there for more than 25 min and no one came to check in on us or let us know that they would be right with us. They sat two ladies behind us and we continued waiting thinking they're busy but after looking around people started to leave so we waited a little longer and still no one came. I would just like to say our experience at this location was terrible. we went on our lunch break sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. when our food came out it was cold. When we told the manager he took another 10 minutes to catch us leaving the restaurant. he was rude and unapologetic. we left with no food in the end. and we were late coming back from our lunch break and we were left hungry!
