This place has by far left me some of the worst restaurant experiences of my entire life, came here to "enjoy" wings with my family & I was not greeted at the door, we stood there for at least 7 minutes until one of the bartenders asked if we needed to be sat. The drinks they promote are not worth the money, terrible working staff, they had bugs crawling on our booths and I allowed a manager to know but they claimed they didn't see anything. I am just at loss of words... DO NOT eat here.
I'm not sure how long this location has been open but a lot of work needs to happen. The best news is the food we ordered came out relatively quickly and was good. So the kitchen was in order. Bar staff, wait staff, hostess and manager all need serious help! New manager holds to his policy regardless. New manager over Sophia who stated no ID no alcohol. OK i get that to a point. Standed outside with new manager for 15 minutes with me explaining the change is new, and to strongly enforce that we have to have an ID for drinks.nis the is a 18+ club? Pretty nasty place Poor management and unsanitary kitchen practices. Wouldn't eat here if it was free
Chicken tasted like medicine, fries were very much oily and hard, lemonade was gross just over all bad experience
"fried mac n cheese sticks" look like boxed fish sticks. "margarita drink special " = juice "ranch water" no alchemy what so ever!!!!!!!! wings were ok. appetizers came out lukewarm & they put us in a messy corner, trash and disposal cups all on the floor. gross. gross. gross.....

Went in for lunch with a group 10 mins later waitress took our order for drinks. Brought our drinks took off came back 10 mins later and took our orders. 40 mins later got our food everything was cold and NOTHING was correct. This is a new location in fall creek-- so I wanted to try them. I ordered my burger (pick-up order), yesterday and was excited to eat it but when I opened the to-go box the buns were soggy. I was extremely disappointed. No one likes a burger with soggy bread. I couldn't eat it. I didn't call to complain because it was late and I was tired but definitely regret ordering to-go from them. Food is expensive so I was expecting quality.

I got the mango habanero wings(saucy for sure; 2 out of 5 because the flavor was not good) with potato wedges(4 out of 5 because they didn't have much seasoning to them, but still somewhat crispy) and bleu cheese(strongly dislike) and my husband got the lemon pepper wings with potato wedges and bleu cheese. He did not like his food at all. I don't think I would try this again especially because the price point is not cheap at all, so to waste money on food that's not good, obviously isn't worth it.
