My friend wanted to try Big City Wings -Humble because it's in his Fall Creek neighborhood. He ordered the 10-piece boneless wings basket ($18.00) with melted cheese on the fries ($1.00) and I ordered the Chicken Avocado Egg Rolls ($15.00). Well, he loved his food. But, I didn't. They fried avocado with mushed chicken in an egg roll wrapper. It looked like a green slimy mess and tasted like slimy mess in my mouth. Horrible service. Ken the main manager is rude and not professional at all (doesn't wash his hands). Only bright spot is Laura at the bar, not for her I wouldn't come back. And music, please make a change. It's bad bad.

We walked in and were seated almost right away but then they left us sitting there for more than 25 min and no one came to check in on us or let us know that they would be right with us. They sat two ladies behind us and we continued waiting thinking they're busy but after looking around people started to leave so we waited a little longer and still no one came. I would just like to say our experience at this location was terrible. we went on our lunch break sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. when our food came out it was cold. When we told the manager he took another 10 minutes to catch us leaving the restaurant. he was rude and unapologetic. we left with no food in the end. and we were late coming back from our lunch break and we were left hungry! Was just ok, nothing bad but nothing great. I ordered: 5 wings no sauce, 5 wings mild and 5 wings hot. I received: 10 wings no sauce and 5 wings mild Potato wedges were good. Onion rings were forgettable.

We got sat down and waited for 15 min without anyone taking our drinks. People came in and other tables were getting their drinks while we still sat there with no drinks. Asked for manager and told him and our waitress was still talking to the same table because they knew each other so clearly she was there longer. We ended up leaving.

Normally the fall creek location is good. Tonight not so much. We were seated for about 12 min and had several servers never even recognized us. We got up and left. As we left spoke to head waitress and hostess. Both could have cared less that we left.

The people that leave anything more than 3 stars or better either work here or are AI bots, we've came here multiple times as we live in the neighborhood and 70% of the time they get the order wrong or have the worst attitude. I'm not into leaving bad reviews but it is what it is. It's widely known by people who come here as "big sh**** wings" only reason people come here is there is no other option. Unfortunately.
