Chicken tasted like medicine, fries were very much oily and hard, lemonade was gross just over all bad experience
"fried mac n cheese sticks" look like boxed fish sticks. "margarita drink special " = juice "ranch water" no alchemy what so ever!!!!!!!! wings were ok. appetizers came out lukewarm & they put us in a messy corner, trash and disposal cups all on the floor. gross. gross. gross.....

Went in for lunch with a group 10 mins later waitress took our order for drinks. Brought our drinks took off came back 10 mins later and took our orders. 40 mins later got our food everything was cold and NOTHING was correct. This is a new location in fall creek-- so I wanted to try them. I ordered my burger (pick-up order), yesterday and was excited to eat it but when I opened the to-go box the buns were soggy. I was extremely disappointed. No one likes a burger with soggy bread. I couldn't eat it. I didn't call to complain because it was late and I was tired but definitely regret ordering to-go from them. Food is expensive so I was expecting quality.

I got the mango habanero wings(saucy for sure; 2 out of 5 because the flavor was not good) with potato wedges(4 out of 5 because they didn't have much seasoning to them, but still somewhat crispy) and bleu cheese(strongly dislike) and my husband got the lemon pepper wings with potato wedges and bleu cheese. He did not like his food at all. I don't think I would try this again especially because the price point is not cheap at all, so to waste money on food that's not good, obviously isn't worth it.
I couldn't even order a pickup by phone. They put me on hold and never got back. And it's a shame that you cannot order online - why else do they need a website?

Food is great, but the service sucks. Like all the reviews said about the service is correct. Quick seating but king wait for your server to get to you. I could only imagine what it's like when it's busy.

No service we got there and we were seated but no one ever came to to take order a waiters came by and asked if we had been help we answered her no she just walked away without stating that someone would help us. We tried to wait it out cause we were hungry but we wait about 30min no ever came to help us, and it wasn't even busy and they at least 4 waiters walking around.

The worst, walked in waited to be greeted and seated but wasn't. Stood there for a good 15-20 minutes and was never approached. The manager stood there across the room and just stared at us then walked in to the kitchen.
