This place was good when it first open now it's completely trash the customer service sucks, with the kids that work there.

Had the chicken sandwich which was just okay. Also had the sweet potato fries which were extremely bland. Ordered a drink which the bartender forgot I ordered but she made up for it and the drink was pretty good. I might go back just to try the wings. The atmosphere was relaxed also.

Oooo I'm sooo mad. I always get fried Oreos from the location off mesa and they give me whip cream and ice cream and they actually fry all the Oreos. I got home so excited to eat my Oreos with the ice cream an this is all they gave me. THEY BARELY BATTERED THE OREOS andddd they didn't even fry one.

I sat for 7 mins without a server coming to greet or acknowledge my presence. I came in mid-afternoon time. This Big City Wings is very unprofessional and sloppy. The bathroom has tissue all over the floor, sink has water all over it, a server is wearing a mid drift shift as a make shift uniform. Employees are gathered in a huddle giggling but none of the task needed to have a presentable appearance for a restaurant (especially not being busy) is being taken care of.

So I was in this area trying to take a lunch. 1 hour. I have to drive about 6-7 minutes from my office. No problem usually but noticed on several occasions there is not enough wait staff at front and the guy who manages it never steps in. This day I waited at bar for 13 mintes with no service and walked out. I cannot trust this establishment on getting me out in a bytimely manner. The food is not bad, but the customer service is terrible. We order take out and never learn our lesson. Every other time we order take out the order takes forever. We order salads almost every time. I cannot stress enough how bad the take out service is. If you want to wait for almost an hour for your order have fun at this place. It would have been faster to cook at home. I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option. From, a very disappointed customer.

Terrible service. The first time my friends and I came here we had issues with our waitress who got all of our orders wrong. We decided to try them out again about a year later and the service was still terrible. Our waiter didn't greet us until 15 minutes after we were sat down, and we were already wondering what's going on. Fast forward to when he comes and brings our drinks and appetizers, he doesn't bring out 2 drinks that my friends ordered, once we were able to catch him again and ask where they were, he says he forgot... read more

First time trying this restaurant and this will be my last!! Waitress was very slow. I ordered a drink and she forgot it twice!! Food came out and I still didn't have my drink! To add insult to injury our order was wrong so we had to wait for them to remake it. The sauce was not good, the fries were too salty..left the whole meal there. Wasn't impressed with food my first time but it was take out. 2nd time got seated and waited over 20 minutes for the waiter to show up and he never did. We had to walk out. I wonder if the 2 other groups that showed up at the same time we did stayed waiting for someone to take their drink orders.
