Wings are definitely great. Customer service always great definitely coming back. It's always pretty busy but I would still recommend.
I'm giving 4/5 because the food was solid and honestly I'll be back. The service was nearly atrocious to start. Maybe was a Monday afternoon slow issue. Hostess on her phone when we came in. Hey can we get a table. Ohhhh sorry and then seats us. Waiter didn't know we were seated in his section until someone grabbed him. 10 min to check in with us. Amazing service. Amazing food. Amazing ambiance. Went here after a power outage and we were treated very well. I couldn't be more grateful that Big City Wings was open and providing!
My hubby and I love going for bogo wing day on Tuesday! All of our servers have been the sweetest. Good crowd and love all the games on the TVs. What a fun place.
Food is GREAT best wings I've had so far in all of Houston. They have waffle or wedge cut fries both are phenomenal. The service friendly and good for a very busy place. Ambiance hmm personally I'd change the music to fit the crowd. The crowd is a mix of friends young adults with mostly mid age folk with kids families. So throw back 70's-90's. Stopped in to big city wings for lunch today. Every time E I e been here I received bad service. Well today that changed. Our server Christian was awesome. He checked up on us multiple times and was quick when asked for something. This guy needs a raise or at minimum he needs to train staff on what a good server does. I will be coming on more often knowing Christian will be there to serve us. Lunch speacial was also really good.
My first time at Big City Wings last night! I was very pleased with the atmosphere! Staff was very nice we sat at the bar and bartenders were nice. We were never ignored! Our favorite bartender is Joey Wyatt from wild wings cafe! He has always given us excellent service! I definitely will be recommending more my friend's & family here! Tonie Gutierrez
Wanted wings really late last night so i ordered them on doordash, without having them delivered already id say they're pretty pricey for 10 wings but when i received the order it was exactly correct and tasted amazing everything was hot and just the way i wanted kinda worth the $25
We went for the chicken special and ended up for the $8 Burger special. Man it was good. Several choices of different burgers with different buns/breads and choices of fries. All for 8 bucks. I can't get a $8 meal at any fast food like this!! I had the bacon avocado Swiss burger with sweet sourdough bun and tator tots!!!
