Let me start off by saying I will never return to this location ever again. So me and a friend of mine decided go to Cibercade and after it closed we walked over to Big city wings since we were hungry. So once we sat down we both ordered margaritas and both of them were way too sweet and I couldn't finish it. When I placed my order I specifically wanted all drums and chili and cheese with my waffle fries. Once I got my food they forgot to get me all drums and they forgot my chili and cheese on my fries. We went to ciderade and got hungry and decided to walk to here because we love the spring location. We were seated right away and our drink and appetizer order was taken quickly and came out quickly however our actual food order was not taken for 20 minutes after we were done with with our appetizer. While we were waiting for our food I witnessed wait staff taking shots in the kitchen window within view of customers. I also witnessed staff hanging up the phones instead of answering them. WORST SERVICE EVER!! (That's if you have the time to wait to be served!!!) Last week, my wife and I were seated and waited 10 minutes to have a server acknowledge us or take a drink order. There were 3 servers standing at the bar talking to the bartender, most of the tables were still dirty and the place relatively empty. We just got up and walked out. We were not received right away so we had to stand at the front for a bit wondering if we had to be seated or we needed to find a set ourselves. The stuffed mushrooms were pretty good including the quesadillas but the chicken tenders were a bit unseasoned so it gave a dry taste & then when I was drinking my water I saw there was a lipstick stain and I don't wear lipstick so it was given to me dirty.

Cold wings and empty drinks Let's not pretend the selection of wing restaurants in Houston is anything special, but even in that vein, this place is awful. Food is mid. Service is trash.

I came for the first time the other night and it's safe to say I won't be back. The fried pickles were super good tho. I ordered a 20 piece wings and they were just so thought and very poor quality chicken super over priced for the quality. Not only were the wings bad but the service wasn't good either. I came here with high hopes. Fried pickles were pretty good, then got a 32oz brew dressed with Tajín. There was barely any Tajín on the rim. So I ordered a second one, this time with extra Tajín they just put it all on one side half way down the mug. Not what I had in mind but ok. I had 3pounds of crawfish, all of it was flavorless. Not to mention 20 wings flavored Mango Habanero, Spicy BBQ, and traditional mild with lemon pepper. Mango Habanero had little to spice to it, nor did it taste sweet. Tough & fatty wings that lacked flavor. Only source of flavor came from the sauce on the wings, which was so minimal to begin with. Fries were decent though.

The wait to sit was long .. took about 15 min to get a table ... around 15 min to get acknowledged and another 15 min to get a drink order ..our appetizers showed up before our drinks ... I mean I seen one table next to me sit for 20 min before a drink order was taken. ‍ too bad was hoping this was gonna be a spot.
