We came in when the restaurant only had two tables occupied, yet it still took about 5 minutes to be seated. After that, we waited another 10 minutes and no one came to our table. We weren't greeted or told who our server was. Meanwhile another party came in, was seated, and had their order taken while we were completely ignored. Disappointing, especially since we live down the street and were hoping to find a good local place to support. We ended up leaving without being served or greeted. Very disappointed.

This was a first time visit to this place. We waited at the To Go area for a cashier for about 7-10 minutes and right when we decided to just go to the bar that's when the cashier came. After we placed our to go order we went to the bar. My boyfriend ordered a sidecar and you could see the bartender speaking to I'm assuming this guy was the manager to ask him how to make the drink. Chicken tenders are raw!!! Seriously? Salad stale, You mean the kitchen staff cannot check temperature of food with a thermometer? We're not the only customers who have had issues with delivery of uncooked chicken. Our waiter ANDRE, the guy who could care less about his customers, we had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by him, this is the last time, ANDRE has been our waiter 4 times now, I have given grace to his disrespectful and dismissive demeanor for months now, thinking maybe he's having a bad day etc.... This is probably the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. My old fashioned was super weak and sweet. I asked the waitress to take it back and she did but the manager was at the bar frowning his face up and staring at me like he had a problem with me not liking the drink. Poor service. We received our menus and drinks from someone who wasn't even our server. The staff had us waiting for 20 minutes until someone decided we were worth their time and took our orders. I'm not sure if the staff consisted only of turtles but it sure felt that way. I understand there was a big party however it does not excuse the fact that the staff straight out ignored us to the point where we considered leaving. Catching the staffs attention is like trying to be seen in a crowd of a million people. Do better.

Service here is horrible take forever to even place a order and the manger is just walking around clueless and he brought our food to a different booth no clue what they are doing been here 3 times and everytime service is bad.

Their wings used to be good and so was the service. Now they suck. The wings barely have any chicken on them and they are overpriced. Our waiter looked like she did not care about serving our table. Pluckers gets way more packed than Big City so they have no excuse to not be serving our table with good service. Don't come here and go to Pluckers instead.

Ordered wings on 2 for 1 Tuesdays, wings were severely overcooked, under sauced and flavorless. Worst wings I've ever had in my life. Wings were so horrible I'll never go back!
