Food was okay, but the service was absolutely horrible! To a point where I didn't even want to ask for anything because my server gave attitude and you can just tell they didn't want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn't mean they can give us attitude. I shouldn't have to apologize for wanting a drink.

Went there to celebrate my sisters birthday. I get that it's a sports bar but the tv volume was soooooo loud. We found hair in our food (more than one. We ordered wings half lemon pepper half something else and half the wings (I believe the lemon pepper) had NO seasoning or flavor. They were basically naked (my sister's order had lemon pepper seasoning so I guess they forgot ours). The food was meh, service was meh. I wouldn't go back.

Place a big order for my company online for a pickup. Get there to pick up the guy at the counter the only one not in black helped us. Naturally when you have a big order you want to check everything. He had a problem with that and let me tell you why because he just sat there and watched . Some of the condiments were missing with the orders that should have been labeled RANCH OR BLU CHEESE but, were not so we had to ask him and he assumed we knew the difference and gave a attitude when he had to point them out . HORRIBLE!! We ordered just one FIVE wing basket and waited over an hour for them and that was only because we complained about the wait if not we probably would've been there longer. It was NOT even busy!!!

SLOW service. I have only ever been twice, on Tuesdays for their BOGO special - 5 wings for $10 , they are usually $1 a wing which is overpriced. SLOW SERVICE. 4 tables including myself, and it still took 30 minutes to receive a menu. On Tuesdays they also have $3 spiked teas, BUT you need at least 3 to feel anything, is that really a special? Extra hot flavor I love, was not a fan of other flavors. The garlic parmesan looks like toddler vomit.

Drinks were bad, food was bad, my order got messed up twice, and the waiter on the patio added his own tip to my card after we purposely left a cash tip for him, so to the gay black man that took my order i will be speaking with management soon. He was working the patio October the 14th. Don't get the boneless wings dont get habanero sauce its not good. For it to a wing place it was giving wingstop and not 95$ worth of food and we tipped 20$ cash he added 17.50 to my card so i hope the 37.50 was worth loosing your job kid

It is a wonder how this place is in business. Expect to wait 40 minutes without service or even a hint of acknowledgement that you exist as a patron when visiting.

Last night in Houston, checking out the arcade next door, walk out and see the sign for Big City Wings. Definitely regret the decision entering this establishment. As soon as we walked in the hostess told us to take a seat and someone would be right with us. She saw us sit in the front and then 5 minutes later decided to tell us that she meant to sit at a table and a server would be with us. When we got wings last time, we decide to try a new place and save some driving to the Texas wing chain that we discovered is by far superior to Big City Wings. The wings weren't inedible, but the flavors weren't very good. All in all, it was just a disappointing experience, and we will not be back.
