So we went cidercade and this place is walking distance. We were not greeted at the door and the hostess was on the phone. We didn't know if we seat ourselves or wait. After a few minutes we just sat ourselves. I ordered my hot and lemon pepper wings crispy and they were good. They were actually crispy. I hate fatty wings so I was happy. Wings are fantastic, customer service can be a little better but I understand. The macaroni and cheese surprised me! It was actually really good.

The service and food is great. We appreciate the outdoor patio too. Definitely a nice spot to go for a variety of food and drinks, and especially if you want to want to watch sports and have wings!!

I am elated to have Big City Wings in my area of town. Great place. The TVs are AMAZING, the food and beverages and parking, great staff. I can easily walk to the location which is East River not warehouse district. I like the outside patio. It i perfect for our neighborhood. Love Love thank you.

Fantastic service! I was in a bind to get some food done a large party and they helped me place the order and got the food out lickity split! Highly recommend!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch and was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. The atmosphere is nice, plenty of TV's. We came during a Rockets watch party so it was decently busy but not packed. Service was great, food/beers came out quick. The wings were awesome. The mango habanero was the perfect level of heat and the garlic Parmesan had tooons of sauce. The wings were a solid size. Bigger than average I'd say. The food came out hot and the beer cold. I'd definitely come back

Came here yesterday with my girlfriend. She ordered the 15 piece wings and before we left we checked the bag because something felt off. Sure enough, they forgot the veggies and the spicy ranch. Then we opened the waffle fries... there were literally like 5 fries in the container. They did take the fries back and gave us another order but honestly, it still came with a very small amount. We came in when the restaurant only had two tables occupied, yet it still took about 5 minutes to be seated. After that, we waited another 10 minutes and no one came to our table. We weren't greeted or told who our server was. Meanwhile another party came in, was seated, and had their order taken while we were completely ignored. Disappointing, especially since we live down the street and were hoping to find a good local place to support. We ended up leaving without being served or greeted. Very disappointed.
