Service was horrible. We were a party of 13 and were given the bartender as our waiter. He was too busy preparing liquor bottles and taking care of customers at bar. An hour later we flagged someone down to check on our food order. Most of our food was cold. Once again flag someone down for our check. 2 hours later, waiter was running tab with manager by his side. We instructed them to remove gratuity and waiter got mad and stormed off. Manager had to complete tab. We will never return to this location.
2/4/24 worst experience twice. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came to table ( enjoyed watched guy behind bar having a long conversation with a couple Finally ordered water, a beer and a Cabernet "red" wine. Waited 20 MINUTES before delivered, bar tender still enjoying his conversation with the couple. Received glass of wine 15 minutes later even while it was poured waiting for someone to bring to table. If you think about coming here don't. Manager is lazy and just stand there on her phone setting a bad example for others. Wings were very bad and smelled bad as if they had been sitting there. Waitress was cool and she still got a good tip from me.
Order was placed at 11:04 for pickup at noon. It was not ready until 12:20 pm. Everything was super salty almost inedible. The grown up cheese sandwich was left out of the order. I went back for it, no one apologized. I asked to speak to the manager and the server said he's in the restroom and walked away. We tried it out for a company meeting. Spent $200 and were all disappointed on many levels. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired for and the food is not worth the price.

Used to be a huge fan of this place, but recently it's been unacceptable in all aspects of restaurant service. Please see attached photos of uncooked chicken wings and uncooked fried pickles. In addition to this we had to ask multiple different times for the server to rectify the issue. And the manager didn't step foot out of her office to talk to us about the problems. Food was okay, but the service was absolutely horrible! To a point where I didn't even want to ask for anything because my server gave attitude and you can just tell they didn't want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn't mean they can give us attitude. I shouldn't have to apologize for wanting a drink.
Went there to celebrate my sisters birthday. I get that it's a sports bar but the tv volume was soooooo loud. We found hair in our food (more than one. We ordered wings half lemon pepper half something else and half the wings (I believe the lemon pepper) had NO seasoning or flavor. They were basically naked (my sister's order had lemon pepper seasoning so I guess they forgot ours). The food was meh, service was meh. I wouldn't go back.
Place a big order for my company online for a pickup. Get there to pick up the guy at the counter the only one not in black helped us. Naturally when you have a big order you want to check everything. He had a problem with that and let me tell you why because he just sat there and watched .
