Worse service ever!! Food is good, big selection, but the service is awful. Made our visit not pleasant and won't return. I don't recommend.

The set up an location is pretty decent seems like a cool spot to hang out. Although, customer service is terrible! Got a little to none attention from my server and had to ask other servers for assistance. We asked a girl for marinara sauce she never came back until we were ready to pay the check she came out of nowhere and snatched the card and check off the table and walked away not once were we ever asked if we needed anything we had to seek out assistance. Service is terrible and needs improvement. The food is not worth the long wait times. Save your money and time. Theres plenty of other restaurants near.

HORRIBLE SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE we didn't even get asked if we wanted a refill took them 1 HOUR to give us or food and whenever I got my food it was the wrong order and we'll I was trynna be nice and at least leave a dollar tip and the waitress I don't know her name but it was a white chubby lady and she decided to add and extra 10 dollars on the tip never going back there again

Let me start off by saying I will never return to this location ever again. So me and a friend of mine decided go to Cibercade and after it closed we walked over to Big city wings since we were hungry. So once we sat down we both ordered margaritas and both of them were way too sweet and I couldn't finish it. When I placed my order I specifically wanted all drums and chili and cheese with my waffle fries. Once I got my food they forgot to get me all drums and they forgot my chili and cheese on my fries. We went to ciderade and got hungry and decided to walk to here because we love the spring location. We were seated right away and our drink and appetizer order was taken quickly and came out quickly however our actual food order was not taken for 20 minutes after we were done with with our appetizer. WORST SERVICE EVER!! (That's if you have the time to wait to be served!!!) Last week, my wife and I were seated and waited 10 minutes to have a server acknowledge us or take a drink order. There were 3 servers standing at the bar talking to the bartender, most of the tables were still dirty and the place relatively empty. We just got up and walked out. We were not received right away so we had to stand at the front for a bit wondering if we had to be seated or we needed to find a set ourselves. The stuffed mushrooms were pretty good including the quesadillas but the chicken tenders were a bit unseasoned so it gave a dry taste & then when I was drinking my water I saw there was a lipstick stain and I don't wear lipstick so it was given to me dirty.

Cold wings and empty drinks Let's not pretend the selection of wing restaurants in Houston is anything special, but even in that vein, this place is awful. Food is mid. Service is trash.
