So we went cidercade and this place is walking distance. We were not greeted at the door and the hostess was on the phone. We didn't know if we seat ourselves or wait. After a few minutes we just sat ourselves. I ordered my hot and lemon pepper wings crispy and they were good. They were actually crispy. I hate fatty wings so I was happy. Wings are fantastic, customer service can be a little better but I understand. The macaroni and cheese surprised me! It was actually really good.

The service and food is great. We appreciate the outdoor patio too. Definitely a nice spot to go for a variety of food and drinks, and especially if you want to want to watch sports and have wings!!

I am elated to have Big City Wings in my area of town. Great place. The TVs are AMAZING, the food and beverages and parking, great staff. I can easily walk to the location which is East River not warehouse district. I like the outside patio. It i perfect for our neighborhood. Love Love thank you.

Fantastic service! I was in a bind to get some food done a large party and they helped me place the order and got the food out lickity split! Highly recommend!

Chicken tenders are raw!!! Seriously? Salad stale, You mean the kitchen staff cannot check temperature of food with a thermometer? We're not the only customers who have had issues with delivery of uncooked chicken. Our waiter ANDRE, the guy who could care less about his customers, we had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by him, this is the last time, ANDRE has been our waiter 4 times now, I have given grace to his disrespectful and dismissive demeanor for months now, thinking maybe he's having a bad day etc.... This is probably the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. My old fashioned was super weak and sweet. I asked the waitress to take it back and she did but the manager was at the bar frowning his face up and staring at me like he had a problem with me not liking the drink. He then added a small shot of Jameson and sent it back. The manager Jeremy then starred at me from the bar area. Proceeded to walk out the door staring at me and then back in doing the same thing. Poor service. We received our menus and drinks from someone who wasn't even our server. The staff had us waiting for 20 minutes until someone decided we were worth their time and took our orders. I'm not sure if the staff consisted only of turtles but it sure felt that way. I understand there was a big party however it does not excuse the fact that the staff straight out ignored us to the point where we considered leaving. Catching the staffs attention is like trying to be seen in a crowd of a million people. Do better.
