We tried this restaurant on Sunday, with my parents, tried the boneless wing, which was a great offer, 30 for 19.99. Our server Gerardo was on point. The drinks, the refills, the cheese sticks and chicken avocado eggrolls, the boneless wings especially were great because the crust was thin and not overwelming. Will Definitely be back and request Gerardo to serve us.

I had a pretty moderate experience with Big City Wings. I grabbed lunch with a friend during the daytime, and the restaurant seemed fairly packed. Our server was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant itself was fairly clean. All in all I just couldn't find anything notable about the restaurant, Big City Wings felt like a standard sports bar. I really wanted to love this restaurant. We come here fairly often, wings are always solid! Spicy Lemon pepper is 9/10 we sit at the bar (mainly because I'm industry myself so it's comfortable) the bar service has always been hit our miss tho. However, tonight!! We met Mickayla!! Man y'all need to give this gal a raise or something!! We never had to wait for anything, always felt taken care of, even offered a water to go! Seriously!

This review is long over due but back in February our waiter Nickolas was on point the entire time so service was a 5 !! The wings were average but the service was so good, I had to give them 5 stars, which really goes to show how service can make or break a business. We were celebrating our son's birthday, so we had 4 kids with us, total it was 8 of us so we ordered a lot of food, also the kids were hyper because we had just been at Cidercade next door. If the food hadn't came out "warm" closer to room temperature I would have given this place 5 stars. The drinks were great! Shoutout to the Bartender Angelic, she was awesome.. very warm and welcoming personality. The music was too loud for my liking but all around we had a good time.

First I would like to thank the staff for such a welcome. We scheduled a birthday party and they even had a few balloons on our table when we arrived. The server Lowell was amazing. He suggested pepper jack boudin balls and cheese sticks. The boudin was great. Our meal for my 6 people followed with smoking hot wings. Honey ancho was my fav! Thank you Lowell for a great night.
