My waitress was Jules and she was such a sweetheart and real kind. Very attentive and when I left I forgot my to go wings. Well she ran out quick and flagged me down to give them to me! Now that's going above and beyond! Atmosphere was great and it was not my first time here, and definitely not my last!!! Thanks again Jules!!!

As one of the two permanent restaurants within walking distance of Bishop Cidercade, I thought I would try this place out after getting the munchies in the middle of my pinball session. I was greeted on entry and I felt welcomed even though I was dining alone. I went with the chicken tender basket, and it was superb. The teriyaki sauce added the perfect flavor, and both the waffle fries and Texas toast complemented the chicken nicely. I cannot speak for the alcoholic beverage selection as I stuck to Dr Pepper. So we went cidercade and this place is walking distance. We were not greeted at the door and the hostess was on the phone. We didn't know if we seat ourselves or wait. After a few minutes we just sat ourselves. I ordered my hot and lemon pepper wings crispy and they were good. They were actually crispy. I hate fatty wings so I was happy. Wings are fantastic, customer service can be a little better but I understand. The macaroni and cheese surprised me! It was actually really good.

The service and food is great. We appreciate the outdoor patio too. Definitely a nice spot to go for a variety of food and drinks, and especially if you want to want to watch sports and have wings!!

I am elated to have Big City Wings in my area of town. Great place. The TVs are AMAZING, the food and beverages and parking, great staff. I can easily walk to the location which is East River not warehouse district. I like the outside patio. It i perfect for our neighborhood. Love Love thank you.

Fantastic service! I was in a bind to get some food done a large party and they helped me place the order and got the food out lickity split! Highly recommend!

This was a first time visit to this place. We waited at the To Go area for a cashier for about 7-10 minutes and right when we decided to just go to the bar that's when the cashier came. After we placed our to go order we went to the bar. My boyfriend ordered a sidecar and you could see the bartender speaking to I'm assuming this guy was the manager to ask him how to make the drink.
