Big Dog was very easy to work with. They kept us up to date during the entire installation process, and notified us in a timely manner when there were delays of any kind. I highly recommend Big Dog Solar; we love having solar panels and Big Dog is a great company to work with.
Accommodating and will fix things with no problem
Over all it is good. The only thing is that I feel the install should of went quicker than three months. The people at the store were great at finding out what was going on and returning calls.

Great knowledgeable installers. Very happy with my experience.
It took a bit with the weather but system was completed in a timely fashion. Not the whole house is tied into system but it is generating credits to off set.
Friendly employees. Job completed before originally planned.
