It took a little longer to get it hooked up, then i. expected but since it’s lunch, it’s been great

Install went very fast, xcel energy waited 30 days before the system was turned on. Since turn on I have not paid a cent for electricity. I enrolled in the toll over program so I am banking the excess my system produces for this coming winter. I am very happy with Big Dog and have already recommended them to friends.

All aspects of customer service is probably the best I've experienced. Staff communicated every step throughout the process. I got a phone call or text letting me know every time they would be coming to my house, and even just to let me know where things like building permits and inspections were in the process. The installation guys were super nice and respectable on my property. Dedicated too, they worked through some seriously cold weather.
