Very much appreciated your boy's coming back and redoing the panels on the shop getting them on correctly to the pyramid shape. It looks sooo much nicer and being up higher will definitely help the snow problem 😉 Eric and his 2 helpers were very polite, here to please and did a great job. Enjoyable to be around. Very professional. Each installation team was very prompt, courteous, and respectful. They kept us informed every step of the way. There were supply chain delays that of course were out of the control of Big Dog Solar. I appreciated the weekly calls to keep me updated with where supplies were and estimated shipping dates. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed within a day and most often same day. Highly recommend this company!
Great job, very easy to work with and very flexible hours.
The install was good, and the lead installer was good at letting me know what needed to be done and the wait time and letting me me know when the install was complete.
The sales rep, Chris, was knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with several options for financing and system size and provided the information in order to make an informed decision. The install crew was courteous and clean and prompt. They did a good job and the solar works great!
Staff has been 100% helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Also the follow up has been phenomenal
