The crew was very professional and installed our system in a few days. We’ve been very happy with our solar since it was installed.
Everything went great from beginning of process, how things would be scheduled and after completion a follow up to make sure we were happy. The installation crew was fantastic and showed a real appreciation for my wife's oatmeal raisin cookies. Installed and turned on about the middle of February. April and May were a $5.00 Idaho Power bill. What's not to like about that.
Very fast install and a very good and neat job. I never had to do anything or make any phone calls. Only 17 days from order to final inspection and turn up.
well Big Dog solar did everything got me the loan got all the permits all i had to do is sign some paperwork they started right after a blizzard Boots and winter gear on with 5 feet of snow they mapped the area did what work they could having lots of snow fall The crew were very nice and very hard workers They worked step by step even in below 0 Temps and after about 60 to 70 days i was making power And the system was complete Well done Big Dog Solar

We did an install with Big Dog in 2022, another in 2023, and expect to do another in the future. We keep adding more panels, batteries, etc. They’ve been great to work with and we love these summer months with $0 electric bills and having battery back up for the area’s wind-caused power outages. I work from home and the stable power is a big deal. We’ll work with them again!

The installation went quickly and they gave explanations and sought my input for changes and questions.
Great communication through the entire process The install was done on one day and done extremely well and professional. Every employee I have talked to has been helpful and intelligent.

So far the system's up and running doing everything they said it would do very clean install kind and courteous installers very conscious about making me happy and not intruding I would recommend big dog to anyone
