I was happy with the overall experience of getting pre- approved by Van Dyke Mortgage before looking for a house to buy. Every step was explained to me via email, txt , and video. I received regular updates , which made me confident on where I am in every step of the process. The online access was easy to navigate , and I was able to complete and send documents in a timely manner. And when I have questions , it was easy to contact anyone in the office.
