This particular transaction had a lot of twists and turns. Most lenders would have just not qualified my client but instead Bill reached out and had a credit counselor guide my clients through some processes to bring up their credit score. Long story short and a couple of closing date extensions, we closed on the home and my clients are relieved that it finally happened. Thank you Bill for never throwing in the towel as long as there is still a way!
