This particular transaction had a lot of twists and turns. Most lenders would have just not qualified my client but instead Bill reached out and had a credit counselor guide my clients through some processes to bring up their credit score. Long story short and a couple of closing date extensions, we closed on the home and my clients are relieved that it finally happened.
