I was 800 miles away from my new home purchase and though this was going to be a very trying experience.. Providing all the documents required was an extremely easy process. Communication was great. I especially loved the videos Bill sent at the completion of every step. They provided encouragement and let me know exactly where I was in the process. Before I knew it I was at settlement and had my new home. Thanks for the great experience.
