The staff was constantly giving updates on the progress of the loan and if anything popped up they quickly contacted you. The website however does need some work. It's not user friendly when using a smart phone or tablet. But overall a very good experience.

I had tried another lender and felt like they just weren’t working for me. Couldn’t reach them, always obstacles to overcome. They took 3 vacations in the 2 months I worked with them. My realtor suggested Bill. He and his team were amazing! We went from start to finish in a month. There was daily communication on the progress. I loved the on line system! Bill McDonald went above and beyond to help my buyers obtain VA financing for their new home. I could not ask for better service once we found the property my buyers wanted to purchase, and the closing went off without one problem.
