Very Good people to do Business with. Hayley and Crystal are VERY Honest and Helpful. I had land with them for over a year and was late most of the time on paying it. Loved how we could buy land without the difficulties of conventional financing. They were nice and friendly from the start to the finish and very helpful when needed. If another property arises in an area we like, we will definitely be looking to purchase from them again.

Crystal was great every step of the way, from placing down payment, to monthly payments and finally paying off my land a few years later. For a first time buyer, this is great!

Pretty good experience so far. Every issue ive had krystal(hope im spelling thay right) has been more than willing to help me out in, and there was only one that stemmed from my ignorance rather than a company issue. Dont regret anything.
