Kind, professional and efficient
Dr Schmakel puts you at ease right away. He and his staff did the evaluation and explained the process in great detail. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
Went for an extraction for a fractured tooth. Was very nervous because I have had problems in the past with numbing. Dr Schmakel reassured me he would make sure it was going to be painless. He followed through with the promise and the procedure was pain free. CJ ( his assistant) was amazing as well.
They are the best
Dr. NYKIEL is amazing doctor everyone at the facility from the billing to all the assistance, but there is one I don’t know her name she’s older I would highly recommend you get someone else do not use her she’s an assistant to the doctor but on a percentage 95% is amazing. I guess there’s always a glitch, I’m just telling you this woman is very rough like a bull in a China cabinet she has glasses. I think she needs to find a new career. The Dr. And staff were wonderful and made a usually unpleasant situation very pleasant! No offense but I hope to not see you all again lol but of I do I feel comfortable going there. Thank you!
The staff and the Dr. were great. Before my procedure, i was informed as to what to expect, so there were no surprises. They made sure I was comfortable, they were patient and extremely warm.
Everyone was very polite and professional with a good mixture of humor.
