This unit helps more than any of those. The pads last longer than my TENS pads did. Customer support is great also. I have osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis and severe muscle spasms. I would recommend this to anyone in pain. 💚

While not as long-lasting, I found it to be as effective as cortisone injections in this area. I am trying it on some knee pain I have had for a long time and am getting some good results.I had a problem with my unit. 5.0 out of 5 stars All I can say is - wow! This machine is amazing. My 93 year old Dad has been using it for spinal pain. I tried it on my wrist which had been sore for weeks (I’m a competitive rower - repetitive stress injuries are common) and after one 1/2 hour treatment I had zero pain - lasting a week so far. I’ve just bought my own machine and I am using it on my very stubborn Achilles’ tendinitis. It’s a lot easier than running to the physical therapist and also cost effective.
